Q. Is Vestigo a turn-by-turn navigation product? Can I use it to get driving directions or to find a restaurant?
A. No, Vestigo products are designed as covert theft prevention and vehicle management systems and as such they are generally hidden in the vehicle when installed. They protect your vehicle against theft and are used by businesses and consumers to manage and monitor the use of their vehicles.
Q. Does a Vestigo tracking system run in real time?
A. Yes, Vestigo locates and tracks your vehicle in real time, though it generally takes around 20-30 seconds for the information to be processed and relayed to our servers.
Q. How can I access my Vestigo 360M and 360F tracking information?
A. You can view any of your vehicles from any internet capable device, whether it's a computer (@ vestigousa.com) or cell phone (@ vestigo.mobi). Alternatively, with our fleet products you can also receive automatic reports with in-depth vehicle information that is delivered directly to your email inbox.

Q. What do I do if my vehicle is stolen?
A. Call the police and report your vehicle as stolen. Obtain a police report or case number. Let the police know that you have a tracking device installed and that you can provide them with the vehicles location. Never attempt to recover a stolen vehicle by yourself.
